Knit-Along Week 5: Blanket Possibilities

Postby Kaleigh » Wed Mar 14, 2012 9:57 am

Warning: This post will spoil KAL Clues 1-4 for you! If you don't want to know what the squares look like yet, don't read any further!

We've made all of our squares... but how will they go together?

This week, arrange your squares how you think the blanket might look and show us what you've got!

Just like last week, I'm going to make a bunch of space here.

If you don't leave now, you might see Clues 1-4!

An unrelated photo to take up space:

Alright, let's see those (hypothetical) afghans!

Have not started yet as I have not decided to knit or crochet. Have been printing off both patterns but still working on a couple of other projects. Will be watching and checking each week for the next part to do.

All of my squares are at home! I could always go in the back room and dismantle a test blanket, but I like my job :P

I have been mentally doing this as the weeks progress. But, I haven't laid anything out because I didn't have enough squares finished. It should be interesting to see what my mind has been thinking. :D

:knit: As soon as I finish one remaining Clue 4 square I'll give this a shot. At this point I haven't even begun to think how these are all going to come together.

I'm guessing there may be some triangles that still need to be knit but not necessarily. This will be good food for thought as we continue to knit/block our remaining squares during this catch up week. :hrmm:
