It is great to have a catch up week. Are there going to be any more squares or just assembly and border??? I'd love to see some more complicated blocks everything has been pretty simple up to this point.

So glad for a make-up week! I did not like my color combo for Clue # 3, so I switched my choice of Contrast C with Contrast D. I still have 4 more of Clue #3 to make but also must reknit Clue # 2. And start to block my squares.
The first half for clue #3 made the square larger than the others. Did other knitters have that same result?

I'm so happy I get to catch up and then try blocking. I've never blocked any of the many blankets I've made over the years.Image

There were some definite gauge issues we're working through. Many members have been able to find some awesome workarounds, you can read about them here: viewtopic.php?f=181&t=1911&p=21509

It looks like you're pasting the completion badge into your message. If you go to the User Control Panel's "Signature" page, you can paste the code in there so it shows up each time automatically!

I have way too many squares still to knit to complete them all this week. But I will continue to work on them. I am going to wait to do my blocking when I have finished all my squares. I know how I work and I will have to block to my largest square. I may have to purchase another skein of the main color to put them all together but I have no problem with that. I can not wait to see the finished product!!

So glad to have time to finish Clue 3. My other clues are done. I don't see this as a free badge though. We still have to get our squares blocked before we are entitled to the Clue 5 badge. I also need to finish samples for a knitting class I am teaching at my public library. We are starting socks on Monday night, and I need to have one sock done for them to look at. Happy blocking.
