Plus my hand cannot hold the needles for long right now, it is healing too slowly for my liking from an IV. I have finished all I need for the CAL so I am going to pick up a set of smaller needles than called for and try my hand at last weeks clue come the morning. I am so grateful for this catch up week right about now. Gives me hope I can get caught up!

I hope you feel better soon! :rainy:

I am about to start clue 5 for the CAL and clue 3 for the KAL. I might be able to get those done this week. I will still be behind, but not as much. Yay! :knit:
I am not even thinking about blocking yet. Have never done it and I don't want to get further behind by trying it right now. Later. I promise. ;)

yay a week to try to get something done, so far I have 2 clue one squares done. Had major tension issues and one side coming out longer than the other so it was kite shaped and not square and a yarn change then a color change.

Started clue 2 yesterday and after at least 10 rip outs think I finally got my tension and the stitches right, so hope it comes out to size. I am aiming at NOT giving up and finishing one square of each clue this week, but if clue 3 & 4 are like the others for me :scared: ???

Way behind on my crocheting too!

Did you make the same error on clue 3, as I did? did not knit the two rows between colours? I need to read patterns better! :)

Still need to do 4 for clue 3 and 3 of clue 4. Today being Thurs. I have enough time to do about 1 1/2 squares a day to be ready for the next clue. This is my first KAL and I just love it. Can't wait to see the finish product.

I was falling behind and tried jumping ahead to Clue 4 just so I wouldn't be two weeks behind. This is great news. Thank you.
