Those are both really neat designs! I love how you can make such interesting shapes with just 50/50 blocks.

I like the different textures in the squares too!

I am not sure why you would still have 6 of clue 4 to do as it calls for four. I have 2 of 4 to complete and one to rip and there are still 4 of clue 3 I must complete. I may reverse the yarns for the rest of clue 3.

I think it is going to be arranged like the Pinwheel Star or maybe the Sawtooth Star ( they are both popular quilt blocks) :knit:

I've just tried .... and it's awfull .... the colours don't match in this disposition :rainy:
(the middle square is black, surrounded by dark grey triangles .... and around I'll have yellow triangles :hrmm: and then the red triangles dispatched contrasting in a too strong way with the white :tears: )

In fact, I'm ill today (flue), there is no sun (fog) and maybe my eyes are tired ... I'll wait !
