The part where you punch the dough (the recipe even says "pretend it's somebody you're mad at") was especially cathartic

There are some great ones out there! And it is important to relax your fingers and wrists every now and then. Bending your wrist back and gently pushing your fingers toward the back of the wrist is a great stretch. Rotating your wrists and shoulders is also good. My guild does a lot of stretching since one of our members is older and keeps preaching to us 'youngsters' about carpal tunnel and arthritis.
