Those dishcloths are really pretty !!! I went to Micheals to get Bernat scrubby but they didn't have any so I got the scented kind in bright yellow!!! It smells great!

I thought about getting the scented yarns, but wasn't sure how long the scent would last...might have to give them a try anyway...

I have a couple finished and will post pics as soon as I can catch up. Still need to post pics of my clues 4 and 5 for the CAL as well!

Someone from Bernat posted in another topic that the scent would last 2-3 washings, depending how you washed it, it could last longer. I can't use scented anything so I cannot test this out using my non scented laundry detergent. It would prove to be an interesting experiment though.

Not unscented, unscented only means they didn't add scent, not that there is no scent.

I seem to be on a crochet spree right now. Whipped this baby up in just a couple hours, a bit longer than I like for a cloth, but triple crochets take longer! I used one 2 oz ball to make the one cloth and cottonball. I completely modified a pattern I found, the larger 'bubbles' are made by starting a double, triple, double in one stitch then finishing it as one. I then added the crab stitch as a last full round, this helps give it more scrubbability.
I made the cotton ball for my stash with the tiny bit I had left over from this ball. I ended up with about 16 inches leftover after everything was finished.

How exciting! That design is perfect for a beginner project, because it won't take long to complete. You can do it!

If you are looking up scrubbing balls you may never find it, this is a cotton ball, or make-up remover puff. Not used for scrubbing, but for removing eye make-up. Nice and soft and gentle on the delicate eye area and washable to help the environment. They may stain horribly but they do come out clean to use another day. I made a whole bunch one time and gave them away as Christmas gifts along with a bottle of Avon's eye make-up remover, the best remover in the whole world that is also affordable
Check ravelery out and search there for this cotton ball.
I have also made scrubbies, but I modified the patterns I did find
