Here is the detail of the edging.

My color choices were close to the recommended ones, but the recipient does not like purple or lavender, so I used the red instead.

I love your colors better! Great job! I'm going to make it after this one.

I had seen it elsewhere when people had showed theirs off and it's so pretty...it's so nice of Bernat to provide this for free! I am considering making it for a Christmas gift so thank you once again.

I love these colors.

I'm going to start this ghan soon also. I found the full pattern, but are the clues somewhere so I can do it like the mystery afghan?

The clues were in the Bernat Blog, but the links are no longer working correctly.
So, Jen from Bernat consolidated it all into one large PDF pattern.

Now, at least, we still have access to the pattern!

I started on the CAL 2010 blanket on time, but did not finish it until May 2011, so I never got to post a picture. Now that I'm doing both the KAL and CAL (they are addicting!), I thought I'd post my pic of my finished CAL 2010 blanket. I used light blue and dark blue in place of the greens and the dark brown in place of the lavendar. The other two colors, the natural white and the light brown, are from their original suggestions.

Postby Snickers » Sat Mar 10, 2012 12:04 am

How would I find the instructions for the Mystery Afghan Crochet Along that started October 2010?

Here's my 2010 afghan. I didn't even know there were suggested colours at the time and I went with my own combination of Bernat Softee Chunky. I made it for my daughter and she loves it.
