Thank you Shandeh for all the assistance. Thought I was doing so well until reading the post of the actual sizes of the pieces...OMG...my printer is NOT set on actual size! :helpme: So do I frog everything or add another row...figured adding another row was much less time consuming as long as it looks okay. My squares are actually okay the octagons are too small and need adjustment. Will have to add a few more skeins of yarn!

Bless your heart! I'm sorry that happened to you.
You have a couple options.

You can add more rows around your motifs to make them fit the actual size templates. (4.5 inches for small motifs, and 11 inches for large motifs).

Or, you can just keep it as it is, as long as the pieces all fit together well. Your blanket will just be smaller than the original design.

I was not much of a believer in blocking until I tried it with this blanket. Wow the results are impressive.

The block on the left is unblocked and a little off shape and puckered. The block on the right is finished being blocked and looks amazing.

Another picture shows the stack of square blocks all ready to seam and the final picture shows my setup for blocking.

I never blocked anything either, but have recently started blocking the CAL motifs. The extra effort really does make a difference!
