Great - I've enjoyed every motif so far. Was wondering when color B would pop up again, and now it's here! Can't wait for lunch break so I can get started I hope to post some pictures over the weekend, haven't tried that yet!

Hmmm...this will be a challenge! Not quite sure I understand how to work in the side of a sc. Will check a book I recently checked out from the library and then play around with it a bit...may be back for help...LOL

I'm not sure I understand how to work into the side of a sc either. I have a feeling I'll be searching google for some help in a little bit.

Since they had tutorial about it last week, don't forget, you can start with magic ring instead of of making ring with ch4. this might prevent size issues if they are any.
Also, don't forget the cool crochet technique that type1mom posted about using d and tr stitches instead of turning ch, it looks really nice, here is the link

I tried Google and didn't find anything, please post a link if you find one. Here is what it seems like to me, after working a couple: think of a single crochet as the letter T. We normally crochet into the top of the stitch, which would be like the horizontal line of the T. I think that stitching "into the side" means you would stitch into the vertical part of the T instead of the horizontal part. That's probably clear as mud, but it seems to make sense when you're stitching!

QUESTION:

Looking at the insructions for the 1st round, do you need to fasten off when done? It doesn't say that, but It looks like it on the diagram.
