Welcome, Karen! :hellogoodbye:

You won't be the only late worker. I'm still (slowly) making my blanket. And there are others joining in every day.

This is my first time as well. So much fun to look forward to Wednesday and a new clue. Love the yarn and color choices. Thank you for all the efforts by Bernat and instructors to make this a success. Now just have to get caught up. :hellogoodbye:

I learn to do it though a, the woman day book for a long time. I was about 17, when I started it. my Mother knew , how to do dollies. I just couldn't use that small needle. So, my , Dad brought, the yarn, needle and the book. And ask , me to do a hat from him. And it was great. I done a lot of projects over the years. Now , i like to make some clothing items. I saw a pattern on the site . It's a shoulder shrug. So this is my first :? I got all the materials and started working with it now. I working with the Bamboo, using 4 balls of "Partons: silk Bamboo" of 65g/2.2, instead of (60g/2.1). Does really matter what yarn you use? This is the first time , i use this type of yarn and , i'm loving it

Hi Cindy! Welcome to the Bernat Forum.

You were asking about making a shoulder shrug with Patons Silk Bamboo yarn.
Are you talking about a pattern here on the Bernat website? The Bernat Bamboo yarn is MUCH thicker than the Patons Silk Bamboo, so the Bernat pattern will not work properly with the Patons yarn. Your shrug will come out very small if you use the Patons yarn with the Bernat pattern.
