Looks beautiful!
Casting off or Binding Off has a couple different options.
If you're like me, the bind off could be too tight. I'm STILL working on making my bind offs looser, even after several years of knitting.

Here is a good bind off video:

You can do it!

I just made the granny square dishcloth ( http://www.bernat.com/pattern.php?PID=2389 ). I don't have Bernat cotton yarn so I used some from my stash that I was going to make a tote bag for but changed my mind. This is the first granny square I have ever made. Mine came out 12 inches square. Here is a picture of it.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but is sugar n cream by lily a subsideary of Bernat? Bernat sells it on their website. If it is the granny square dishcloth I made I used sugar n cream green twist to make it.

I really believe you are right. Bernat, Lily, Patons, and Phentax are all part of the same - even if you go to their websites they all have the same look.

I wish Michigan had a yarn outlet store. I would be one constant client!

Bernat, Patons, Lily, and Phentex are owned and operated by Spinrite. They have also recently acquired Caron.

All finished! My first knitted project ever. Went pretty well. The casting on was tough, the knitting was super easy especially after the first few rows. And binding off was a piece of cake and my favorite part because that meant I was done!!! Yay :)

Now I started a new knitting project, although that orange yarn you see there is yet another crochet project I started... I have to stop starting projects before others are done! lol
