Hi Suzi4554! :D Your hat sounds awesome!! Do you have a pattern for it? Thanks, Shandeh for sharing this pattern! :D I loved it the first time I saw it on a Sugar N Cream yarn band. I was a beginner then, and I couldn't wait till I had skills to make it! ;)

Sp pretty. Wish I could knit better. I'm much better at crochet. Love yours too Shandeh!

Hi laina! :hellogoodbye: Thanks for the compliment on my doily. I am not sure, but I want to say that Sugar n Cream has a crocheted version of this pattern? :hrmm:
Have a great day! ~~ mm :knit:

Shandeh--Splendid Idea! I never thought about switching to circular! Like switching to DPNs from circular when project gets too small!

Isn't it interesting when you see a different way of doing things? :)
That's one of the things I love about this forum. Especially when we are all working on the same project. Someone will mention the way they did part of the project, and we slap our heads and say, "Why didn't I think of that?" ;)

I'm so happy you made one! It's such a beautiful design, isn't it? I wish I was smart enough to make it in different colors, so I could do a red flower with a green background for Christmas.

Me too! :D :knit: I just love it--it does require a bit of attention but that's fine with me! My attention span needs all the workout it can get! :?
Oh wow, a red flower with green background sounds very cool. I do believe you could make it happen! ;)
It will be fun to make them in Christmas colors yarn (I think it's called Mistletoe, Sugar 'n' Cream) anyway!

Thanks zhanie! I love that Psychedelic Handicrafter (sounds like a band from the 60's, doesn't it!? )
I bought the Big skein of it @ Jo-Ann last summer, maybe they will stock it again there, this summer. When I bought it to make the Bernat pattern handbag, I thought, What am I going to do with all this yarn?
Now, I 'm kinda hoarding it. :?
