Looks great! And your doggie is cute too!

Marilyn58 wrote:I'm curious about the pictures that were posted of the border. They appear very flat. I've knit about a foot and a half of the left border and mine is taking on a very soft cabling effect leaning to the right and rising above the seed stitch section. I like the look of it as it adds another dimension. Just wondering if those who posted their pictures intentionally flattened their border??? Perhaps I just knit looser and I should tighten up my tension a bit. The border is a beautiful touch for our afghans! I'm enjoying the pattern. KNIT ON!
photo looks the same as drdi's. Drdi, Beautiful work, I can't wait to see mine now. (still working on clue four)
Nicely done!

I hope mine turns out like this! Do you think it has anything to do with how the loops are turned for the ssk part? I haven't started the border yet, but watched the videos on the Clue page, and was trying to figure out why they were slipping those stitches twice - first to right needle then back to left. Yours looks like it's picking up a bit of a Shaker element thing going on, which will tie in nicely with those rib squares.
