I haven't blocked any of them or weaved in any ends.

I just went through the beginning of this thread and lambdamuepsilo, you've done well!
I'm borrowing your layout. Has the right measurements and uses all the small motifs well! I did a variation of your layout. :-) Will post if I get a chance.

It's all been fun coming up with all the different combinations. :-) Can't wait for tomorrow to see the official layout.

So pretty!!! I love your colors!!! :-) I vote for yours. I like it the best of all the ones so far. It's symmetrical.

Okay, here's my last try. I need to rearrange the MC motifs and I'm not happy yet with the brown motifs, but for now I need to get back to blocking. I still need to block clue 6. :-)

I'm glad I took the time to do this; I think the motifs look so much better blocked than not blocked.

I keep looking at the shape of the icon they've used for the CAL. I'm going to try an octagon shape for the blanket. Anyone else determined to figure it out before looking at the final clue?

your last possibility gives me an idea for another one, but with some more octogones to make it symetrical .... and some changes in the small squares .....

I agree!!! :bravo: The colors are great and symmetrical always appeals to my sense of order. I think my favorite part of the 2010 CAL was looking at the final photos everyone posted.
