I would like that too--have seen lots of patterns for them but have always been afraid to try. A CAL would certainly force me into it since I can't resist the CALs!!! I also want to try a bedspread or tablecloth but have not attempted those either.

I can't remember where it was originally posted, but Kaleigh and Jen are the ones who said it.
Our Mystery Blanket project lasts for 15 weeks, and we are now in week 5, so there are still 10 weeks left. :)

I'm confused...on the main page it said something like "join us for a mystery project that will go through April 2012" - but it's the end of March and week 6 and if it's 15 weeks, it won't be done until early June? This thing must have a hell of a border :)

Well, it's actually Week 7 right now, so we're halfway through.

We still have seaming to do in the CAL, and borders for both the CAL and KAL.
Then, we will have photo sharing and contests and other fun stuff after that. :D

This is my first CAL as well, and I find myself addicted to reading all the posts, and especially enjoying the pictures of everyone's project thus far. Totally agree with Shandeh - there are lots of great people here sharing a common interest. :bravo: I'm so glad I found this thread....or should I say yarn?
