I am so amazed! I pieced my afghan together in about four hours! I made a slight change to the layout an placed my Color D around the border. I really like it now. Here is how it turned out. Now on to my daughters that I made with stash yarn that she picked out! Pics to follow later.

Well .. must admit I had fun doing this but at the same time I'm really disappointed in the results. It just doesn't look the way I would like it to look. That said, it will still keep someone warm on a chilly night in front of the tv.

Here's mine. I ended up doing 4 of clue 5 in color D and 2 in MC, like the other clues, and then all the small squares in the MC. I changed up clue 4 and 6 a bit, too. Had to make a few more squares to finish it this way, but I like it.

Wasn't sure if I liked my afghan at first. After looking at it, I thought i'd name it..... HUGO The wheels remind me of the mechanics of the clock. The outer layer looks like its unfinished. Now I like it much better.
