I had a hard time seeing them when the projects first started. Jen had to point them out to me. They are very well hidden in the Color Tutorial: http://blog.bernat.com/2012/01/04/waver ... -tutorial/
To find the links, scroll down past the designer interviews, and just above the 25% off coupon. There are tiny links in that paragraph.

Take your time! I'm still working on my one and only blanket.

Great job!! Everything looks so neat and even. I love your colors, especially the one you used for the top flower; it looks like a shade of turquoise in the picture. :bravo:

It's aqua. It's my favorite. That and the yellow are great together.

I think it looks great!

I LOVE IT! Such nice colors, and very well put together. :inlove:

Thanks. I definitely practiced my sewing skills on this one. Next time I'm gonna plan it out better! I was confused most of the time I was sewing.

Here's mine, love the softness of the yarn!

Hi Kallene:
I love your color choices and I agree with you...the hand of the yarn is quite soft. My husband asked me to knit a cardigan for him using this yarn. He says it's not scratchy like wool :)

I haven't seen anyone else use a variegate, but they're almost a must in any afghan I make. I love coordinating colors with them. ...Well, guess I better get to sewing!

I love it! Very fun!

Anyhow, onto happier things, I finished seaming my afghan together!! 2 days earlier than I had expected!

Not in love with the last clue (pink) motif at all. But now I will have a nice completed project for the next time we get invited to a wedding! I will be putting this in my gift box once I get the border on it. My second CAL has different motifs and I may very well put it in a different arrangement, not decided yet. I have time, this is not a race!

Don't feel stupid; I didn't see them either.

I really hate seaming, so I join the hexagons with crochet hook

I just have to block my blanket now before the border

brige, how did you crochet it together, slip stitch, single crochet? I'm having trouble sewing mine together and I like the way yours looks. :bravo:

Oh, thank you...

I joined the hexagons with slip stitches with the color of yarn used to one of hexagon... It's easy, simple and clear.

:hellogoodbye: I'm finally finished my weaving, and ready for the border. Took me awhile, my youngest grandson was out of school for the Easter Holidays. He's 7 and this afghan is for him. I had to change the flowers, so it wouldn't look to girlie. He loves it and can't wait for it to be finished so he can take it home. He picked out the colors and I think he did a good job. :cloud9: Image
