Knit-Along: Finished Blanket Photos

I am still chugging away at seaming and doing the edgings. I think I will be using the borders on top and bottom also. But, I also think I will just use the same pattern all the way around instead of reversing for the other side. That way there is no real top or bottom.

That's what I thought I would do, but then just did what they said.

Here is my afghan....not quite done. I couldn't figure out any of the clues beyond #1...so I decided the whole thing would be clue #1. I am making it for my friend's baby shower on the 29th...hope to be done.....ahhhh.

Thanks for the fun! I loved watching everyones blankets grow...I learned SO MUCH!

i'm so jealous of all of the beautiful completed blankets. grad school is getting the best of me and i'm still way behind (4 more squares and border to go).

but, i do love seeing all of the gorgeous color combinations and unique arrangements. great job, everyone!

I feel your pain "thelittlereader". I am so glad this semester is almost over! The last major project of the semester was assigned Wed before Easter and is due on Monday and my final is on the 25th. I am only working on my first degree but it has got me down this year. LOL I will be back at it in the fall I am working on my second block of clue 2

All the completed blankets are just lovely and such an inspiration to complete my blanket.
