Crochet Along: Finished Blanket Photos

Just got back from an extended visit with my daughter. We have been preparing the room for the new baby. I love everyone's Finished Blanket. So many nice ideas for layout and border. I have half of my blanket sewn together and hope to finish soon. My family is anxious to see the finished product. I hope to share my finished blanket soon.

I used the Ladder border that ambivilant posted. I think it really adds something to the edge. I don't love the whole blanket and I hate my accent color but it was still a fun experience.

Finally finished!

I ended up keeping my layout for the blanket and added another round of a variant of the cluster from Clue #6. I was really anxious towards the end.... almost ran out of my main color!

Really loved the how the blanket turned out and this was a fun CAL! Thank you everyone!

Wow you really cute it close with MC! I find myself crocheting faster than normal when I think I am going to run out, like I want to know sooner rather than later. I really like your border.

Finally finished up my daughters afghan. She picked out the colors and is still deciding if she wants me to add to the border. Sorry for the dark picture.
I still need to put my second one together.
