I wanted to vote for Lialab's layout as best original layout, but saw where she stated that she wasn't eligible. Will my nomination be lost? Should I nominate another?

As soon as I saw it I copied the picture and e-mailed it to my friend who is making a red, black, grey and white CAL for her son. She thanked me and said that this layout is perfect for her!
