Did you login? If you did, and you still can't see the pictures, someone else might have another idea of how to help you.

Thank you to the Bernat team for excellent enthusiasim and advice and all the many hours you all spent making sure we got through this and keeping our sprits up! Thank you to all the wonderful people here who also posted tips, advice and especially their stories and letting us into their lives, I am sorry for your losses. My dad always used to joke about Mr. Nobody too! Although I was a silent participant through most of it, when I did need help the responses were very quick and informative. I originally was thinking of giving this as a gift, however, as it came closer to being finished and hearing all the stories that brought back many memories of my Nonna(who taught me to knit) and my dad who I lost a year and a half ago, my girls turned 13 and 16 through this as well, I really like my afgan and realized I need to gift it to ME!
Thank you to dogfoster and karenarp with the seaming help! Also thanks to Evana85 I decided to also do the arcade border.
I have loved looking at all the different afgan photos and hope with experience I will be more confident and be able to be as creative as you all have been thanks for the inspirations.

That's a lovely story and a lovely afghan!!! :inlove: Thank you for sharing with us! :D
I'm sorry about you losing your dad. It's wonderful having special memories of someone (your Nonna) who has helped us learn a craft when we were younger. Just keep crocheting and you'll get more confident!

Unfortunately, you have to go through each page of this topic in order to look at all of the finished blankets...

Finally getting around to posting my picture. Almost everything I make goes to a local safety net clinic serving primarily migrant farm workers. I used various shades of black and yellow from donated yarn.

I finished my Mystery Afghan 2012 last week. I decided to go around the outside in sc with each color (4 rows)and then took another person's suggestion and used the block edging using the MC around the very outside. And I am pleased with the results. I used yarn that had been donated to our church and tried to find colors that were pleasing together. The MC was a bit softer yarn and so those motifs are a bit "floppy" which is why I wanted to do a more substantial border. Size is 40" by 55" so it did end up smaller than it was supposed to be and that's even with the added border. It will make a nice lap blanket. I am pleased and would like to thank Bernat for offering this fun alternative to winter boredom!

Here is mine :) All the colors coordinate with the colors in my livingroom. Very happy with how it turned out. I used all Bernat waverly yarn, and followed the pattern exactly.

Here are the two that I have completed. I have one more to put the border on. I wish my phone would have taken better pics but it's also rainy so that could be part of it too :idonno:

Here's my 3rd one with my official tester or as I call her quality control. She has rolled on all 3 of them so I think she will be getting a blanket made with the scrap yarn of these :knit:
