Crochet "On the Lace" Bernat Satin Cardigan CAL

I really love these 'minis', you're not really rushed. I had to order my yarn as well and just got it today.

I love the mini projects as well, because they are more relaxing and fun to do.
I'm still waiting for my yarn to arrive.

So, last night I decided to have another go at this stitch pattern, and ....I LOVE IT! Foundation row.....not so fun, but everything after that is smooth sailing. The stitch chart is a god-send. I'm not sure how I figured out how to crochet without them!

I agree I started mine this morning, foundation row is not fun! The chart is a Godsend. I can't get Satin here so using a similar yarn (not sure I can mention the name here) same weight and yardage too, in Seaspray mist. A very light "springy" green and variegated just enough to give it light highlights.

Shandeh you were right. The Sapphire Satin is really pretty and the perfect blue to go with jeans. I think I am going to love working with it.

Awesome! I would LOVE for you to join us, Jen! You are more experienced than I am with crochet, so I'm sure you could offer lots of great advice. Have you ever crocheted a garment before? This will be my first crocheted garment.

I just ordered yarn to go with this CAL. Now to finish the mermaid tears purse and the crochet afghan before the yarn for this gets here!

Is there a mistake in the pattern I am doing the medium size and on the neck shaping (right front) it is written: Rep from * to last (3) shells
on the left side it says: miss first (2)shells

All other sizes have the same number of shells on both sides. My question is which number of shells is right for medium size??

Gosh, I don't know. I will contact Bernat Customer Support, to see if they can help us.
