60" x 72" , Lion Organic Cotton - Walnut, Almond, Khaki, and Macadamia.

Dear Kodikins! Big thank to you for your nomination! Who is your doggy buddy? My helper is Logan a sweet 3 year old Ragdoll rescue kitty. He turns much of what I wear into angora! Doggy love and kitty love. You wonder what they are thinking as they help us with these projusts. Again thank you ! Hugs. :D Azim

Azim, I tried sending you a PM yesterday; but apparently it's not working properly. Anyway, my doggy buddy is my Bernese Mountain dog who generously adds all of his black fur to my projects. He has also been eyeing my blanket, thinking maybe I'll share it with him when it's done.

Crochetfanatic, I agree, there are so many fantastic Afghans. This is my first Cal and my first afghan where you sew each piece together. As I was seaming and weaving in all those taîls, I didn't want to ever do another! Hee hee! Wondered what in the world I was thinking.

But now I'm hooked and I'm ready for another. :-) :knit:

What an experience this has been!

Laina:-)

Hi, :hellogoodbye: Back at you Kelly!
Very cute pillow. Daughter must be a happy girl! :cloud9: I'm starting a skip stitch style afghan done in a log cabin pattern. There are 6 cabin squares to complete. Then they are joined. Made with acrylic. I'm usually not much for acrylic but I haven't knitted in many years and wanted to do myself a favor and use an easier-to-work-with type yarn. Seems to be going well enough......I'm often challenged  with the stitches and gauge (what else is there?!?) !!!! What I am in love with is fingerless gloves and socks. So for a real headache I'll attempt some. Never tried before. Should be good for some comic relief  ! :) Adrienne
PS....have you tried to PM again? I just joined the Ravelry site last night. Pretty cool

Laina, I'm with you on that. I couldn't even seam it. Everything I tried just bunched or pulled apart. Now, I'm so hooked (ooh, a pun!) on everyone's beautiful afghans that I want to make ones just like them. :inlove: I guess I'm just going to have to learn how to sew.

I'll add my name to the list nominating daverett too, the first to do the multi color motifs, and now we all wish we did too. :)
