No worries. Mine sat for about 6 months before it finally started becoming a scarf.

Good afternoon everyone!

First time poster here. I just made my first twist & twirl scarf and I love love love it. Do you cast off the same as you would with the other yarns? Sorry for such a silly question, but just have to ask! :D

Yes, just cast off like normal.

When I finished mine, I went a step further. I used sewing thread (same color as yarn), with a thin sewing needle, and secured the loose ends.

I have no leftovers lol. I think I underestimated myself and now I have to figure out how to finish off the castoff, but I am determined and it really looks nice :) I saw that there is a finished project spot so I will post my picture. :D :knit:

You can tink the last row, then you will have enough yarn to cast off with.
(Tinking is undoing your knit stitches one at a time. "Tink" is "Knit" spelled backwards.)

hmmm I don't think I know how to do that one. Oh well, I figured out a way to do it and hopefully no one will be the wiser haha. Maybe I'll have to keep this one for myself ;)
