I have pretty much always used this method to find the inside end strand. Today though, this ball had a mind of its own! Take a look! Yes, very rarely, this will happen. It's because the Satin yarn is so soft, so it grabs hold of itself.
Just pick up the pile of mess, and let it gently flow through your fingers as you work out the tight spots. If you pull it too hard, it will make wicked knots. Good luck!
