A lot of forum members are wondering how this will all go together.
That's the excitement of a mystery blanket! :cooldude:

I love watching the thunderstorms from the comfort of my home. Not so much driving through them! HA

Didn't make it to any of the yarn stores. :( Maybe next trip. Didn't even have a chance to work on my crochet. :(

Whoa! That storm was WICKED! I'm glad you made it safely home.
Maybe next time, we can meet up at a yarn shop.

I would love that :) Will let you know next time I am in town.

That crazy cell missed our side of Concord, thank goodness. I know Kannapolis got a good amount of hail with that storm. Glad you got home safely.

That sounds like a PERFECT way to work these motifs! I think I'm going to copy your plan.

I don't mind the huge rain storms, and I LOVE THUNDERSTORMS!! My oldest son is the same way. When he was little, we would watch thunderstorms in our living room, with all the lights off in the house. It was so exciting! :D

Maybe I should have been a tornado chaser? :hrmm:

You are lots braver than I am--I like the rain but not the intense storms. My mom and brother are in a cabin near Clayton.GA and they had a huge hail storm with that line that went through--bet you would have loved that one!!!

Really glad you made it without incident--the worst storm I remember driving through was outside Boston--not fun!!!! We got lucky and the one you went through went north of us. Bummer that you did not get to the yarn shop--was interested in hearing about it--even worse that you had no time to crochet. I am still working to finish clue 6--almost there.

Oh wow that sounds exciting! I'm glad you got home safely. I've never seen a tornado. I wish I could (from a far distance tho) That could be why Twister is my favorite movie! We were told here in Ontario, Canada that there would be thunder storms. But, none came. It actually got warmer as the night went on. Weird.

I don't think that my first post for this clue appeared, so I am re-posting. Just updating my badges. I've completed 5 clues and I'm almost finished clue 6. I need to finish the afghan in 2 1/2 weeks as it is going to be a wedding present! :D

Hang in there and stick with it--the CAL will make a super wedding gift. I was debating what to do with mine until we got a wedding invitation in the mail last week--problem solved!!!!
