2 Color Cowl - pattern error?

Before starting to knit this free pattern ("2 Color Cowl", currently on the Bernat site) I'm looking at the instructions and it seems that rows 24 and 25 are missing. Can any of you experts tell what these rows should be? Thanks.

I just don't know enough about knitting yet to read a pattern and figure it out without actually trying it myself!

We are aware of missing rows in this pattern, they will be posted on line as soon as possible.

23rd row: With A, (P1. K1) 5 times. P1. Slip next 7 sts onto cable needle and leave at front of work. K7. With B, K7 from cable needle. P1. (K1. P1) 5 times.
24th row: As 4th row.
25th to 36th rows: As 1st to 4th rows 3 times more.
Rep last 38 rows for pat until work from beg measures approx 60" [152.5 cm], ending with a 38th row of pat. Cast off in pat.
Sew cast on and cast off edges tog.

Thanks to everyone who responded, especially beeknit! I'm amazed at the speedy answer to my problem. When you post the correction, don't forget it should read:
"Rep last 36 rows( not last 38 rows) for pat until work from beg measures approx 60" ..."
