You've just got to resize your picture, using a site like Flickr (http://www.flikr.com), or Image Shack (http://www.imageshack.us).

Thanks anyway girls but after hours of trying to post a picture I give up. I am not a computer person and have no idea how to navigate any of these websites, etc. FLCKR just confused me even more and all I get when trying to copy and paste is the above. It's there but no link. Can't figure out how to even 'resize' pictures, nothing on the website tells me how to do it or where.

I have never posted pictures and looks like I never will too frustrating at this point. Again thank you all for trying to help.

Flickr has already resized your photos. All you have to do is click on the photo you want to use, then click "Share", then click "Grab the HTML/BBCode", then click the size you want (Medium), then click the little circle underneath the code that says "BBCode". Next, just right click in the window that has all the code in it, and left-click "Copy". Next, come here in the forum, and start typing a message. When you get to the part where you want to show your photo, right-click in the message box, then left-click "Paste".

I've already shared your photos here.

Thank you Zhanie, was hoping you come see the final project. Do you have a pic of yours or isn't it done yet?
