Julie, your bag is so wonderful! I know you are proud to carry that around. :D

If you ever have another project with lots of color changes, you might want to try carrying the unused yarns along the edge, never cutting them. Of course, that means you must keep all your yarns with you as you work on the project. Also, you have to maneuver the skeins occasionally to keep them from getting tangled. You could try it sometime with a small striped project, to see how you like it. You might decide that weaving in the loose ends is easier.

Shandeh, thank you for your suggestion. I was wondering if that was something that I should be doing rather than leaving long ends to weave. I'll definitely have to try that next time I have a stripe project.

Thank you for all the love Shandeh, lialab and tjwjlove

lialab you are correct it is a happy bag made with happy colors! :cooldude:

All of my yarn is packed to move in a couple of weeks, but as soon as we're settled in and my stash is unpacked, I have 1 or 3 or 5 bags to make. A girl can never have too many bags. That would be like too much yarn, and you can't possibly have too much yarn, right?

Nice work! I like the idea of a backpack option too. Those pictures look professional! :bravo:

Gosh, I would feel so sad if my yarn was packed out of reach! I KNOW you will have a big yarn party when those boxes are opened up. :crown:

I made the granny square crochet bag. The pattern was easy to follow and fun to make.
