I'm trying it again, hoping to see the photos. I have tried it on, but it's way to warm to wear now. I still have to
get a button for it.

I'm guessing I'm leaving something out when I'm "following the directions." Guess I'm too old to learn new tricks. LOL!!!!

Keep trying! When posting a photo from Flickr, you will NOT use the "Img" button here in the forum.

1 - Go to your Flickr account, then click on the photo you want to share, so it opens up JUST that photo page.
2 - Click the "Share" button which is above your photo.
3 - Click "Grab the HTML/BBCode".
4 - You'll see a bunch of text inside a window on the screen.
Look below that, and click the little round button beside "BBCode".
5 - Make sure you have the correct size selected underneath the photo. (I usually use the Medium size)
6 - RIGHT click inside the box of text with your mouse, then LEFT click "Copy".
7 - Come here to the forum, start typing your message, and then when you're ready to put your photo in the message, RIGHT click inside the message box, and LEFT click "Paste". It will put in a bunch of code.
8 - When you submit your message, your photo will be there!

It's a little confusing the first few times you do it, then after that, it's a cinch. Good luck!

Shandeh, Many Thanks!!!

Now can you tell us how your cardigan is coming along? We are waiting for pictures of that snazzy "black" cardigan.
Hope all is going well with your health and that you have completely recuperated. It has "warmed up" again here in W. MI and it sounds like a lot of places are getting the "heat" again. Oh, well. It is summer.

It is DEFINITELY summer in my part of the world. Autumn is my dream now....PLEASE HURRY, FALL! :(

My cardigan is still waiting for me to seam it up. It gives me a stern look whenever I walk by.

But, I do have an excuse - I've had some new responsibilities added to my job at church. I've been the organist for the past 8 years, and our choir director just resigned. So, now I'll be organist/choirmaster until a new one is hired. I'll also be handling handbells, and trying to get a youth choir going. So, that has had a lot of my attention this past week. As soon as I get in the groove with it all, life will improve all over. I did get one MAJOR thing accomplished for that job - I've chosen our Christmas musical. Now, all we have to do is practice it.

And I will NEED that new black cardigan sometime over the next few weeks, because we aren't wearing choir robes during the summer. Perfect opportunity to wear my hand-crocheted cardigan. :)

Okay, I got out my cardigan pieces, so I could try to get going on the seaming.

Here are all the pieces:

I am a plus-size girl, so it took quite a while to crochet all those pieces.
Seaming will be a lot of work as well, but I'm determined to finish this!

You all have done such beautiful work. Well done!!! I've had my eye on this project, but have had to pass it by. Maybe soon. :-)

Shandeh, I look forward to seeing yours when you've finished. :-)
