The pillow--a simple granny square. After I ran out of the three main colors for each side, I crocheted the squares together using the same stitch with white. I used the leftover yarn from the caterpillar to make each side. Probably could have made another caterpillar with it. :cloud9:

My opinions on this yarn:
1. You can lose stitches easily unless you use stitch markers. (Notice that caterpillar looks like he has been eating --yellow and orange segments are fatter than green and blue.)
2. Is difficult to frog. And if your hook falls out and you don't use a stitch marker you may have trouble finding your loop.
3. Love how soft it is. My daughter is thrilled with the pillow. I had promised her the leftovers but determined while working the caterpillar that she would have trouble with it. Thus I made her the pillow. (still have a small amount for her to play with.--she has only been crocheting a couple months)
4. Wish I had more babies in the family so I could crochet the blanket on the label.

You're a fast yarnworker!
Thanks for the info on the yarn. It looks like it's fun to work with.

Nankaeia, your blind :cooldude: caterpillar is precious! Have you given him feelers and eyes? :)
I love that yarn too!
PS: I'm adding this after viewing your pillows--they are gorgeous! Thanks for info about the yarn--I know what you mean about frogging with this kind of yarn; I had same problem with eyelash yarn.
Your work is lovely!

Still working on my 2012 Kal. I added 12 more squares to make it bigger. Just finishing sewing the squares together. Then starting on the borders.

Not yet. Haven't figured what type of eyes/feelers I want yet. I have a couple of months yet.

:knit: I just couldn't help myself. I saw the Love to Knit-Fair Isle Hat using the Mosaic Yarn and just had to try it. I did mine in the White and Daydream Mosaic Yarn. All I have to do now is seem it up.
