The picture isnt the best and I didnt have it laid out as neatly as I thought, but there you go!

I see many are done, and this is my first CAL so I don't know if some found this same problem and automatically fixed it, or if I'm one of few making the 12 month size. On the divide row after the yoke, should both chains be 12? It didn't make sense to me to have to different arm hole lengths, and the pattern won't add up to the right amount of stitches for the row unless they are both 12 chain lengths.

I was able to finish my vest today. Thank you so much for the wonderful videos to help me along the way. This was my first CAL and I look forward to doing more. Thank you so much Shandeh!

I'm not sure what I did wrong that there is a large "hole" in the back. I didn't notice it until I uploaded the picture. I will have to take a look at the vest.

Hi Lizzy!
I haven't looked at the 12 mth size, so I don't have the details. But I agree that the sides should match. Please contact Bernat Customer Support about this - inquire@bernat.com

That vest is lovely! Great work! :bravo:
I wonder if the hole is just part of the lace design?

Well done to those with finished projects. I like the look with buttons contrasting the yarn.

On another note:
I am in a crochet slump :tears: and will be taking a break (read Vickie Howell's blog on this subject). I didn't realize how bad it was until I read her post. Crochet helped me get thru my Mother's illness and her passing and now I just can't face all these unfinished projects. So a break from the action & I'll see you all in a few weeks

As a relatively newcomer to this forum, I've been enjoying reading and looking at all the projects.

I have a new great grandchild (my first) coming in January and no idea yet of the sex but if it's a girl, this is certainly a sweet little garment and I'll be trying this.

Good job everyone!!! :bravo:

So my second skein was delivered today, but it feels nothing like my previous skein. It is courser and thicker, but that is all I have so I finished the vest. This has been a frustrating project that I am happy to be done with!

wrong chain count in the beginning
ran out of yarn
new yarn feels funny
cannot upload a photo "file too big"

:rainy: *sigh*
