What's for Dinner?

Last night I made Tortellini soup with Kale, red beans; mushrooms and celery, carrots. I used Swanson vegetable broth amped up with some Sauvignon Blanc and some low-sodium spicy hot V-8. Added some Mrs Dash and herbs, allspice to broth. . .so good!
I invent my own soup recipes and make them up as I go along. Being vegetarian, I have to get creative with broth; I use beans in place of meat.

Thanks Shandeh, that is nice coming from a good cook like yourself! (That stew looked delicious to me; even though I'm veg, I still know what good food looks like!) :D

The Bride was beautiful and the Groom was teary eyed through the whole ceremony. The supper was delicious salad, pasta, chicken, broasted potatoes, and roast beef, coffee, tea, and desserts. This is their wedding cake, made with cupcakes

Lovely! Love, love the cupcake cake. Nice touch! The purple reminds me of my wedding, 15 years ago tomorrow (the 18th.) Our colors were purple and silver. :cloud9:

Thank you ewezer, for the anniversary wishes. I guess we were ahead of our time, 15 years ago! :)
