Here is Mr. Jingles, enjoying his Super Value coat in "Honey." I love this pattern! It was fun, I learned some new skills; the sweater fits my pup perfectly! I made size Large. I love the yarn color. Mr. Jingles and I are delighted with this sweater!

Mittenmaker, Where did you find the pattern for this beautiful dog coat? I love the honey colour on Mr. Jingles.

Hi Ewezer! Thank you for the kind words. :D The pattern is a Bernat pattern, here it is
http://www.bernat.com/pattern.php?PID=4744
I am glad you like the color, it is so soft and neutral. I have a whole skein left, hope to make a nice pillow
with it.
This pattern is the best; it is really fun and works up quite quickly. It was the first time I had worked with 3 balls of yarn at one time, which is when you are making the leg holes. I love the garter stitch trim around the sweater and the "armholes." :cloud9: :knit:

Thank you for the link to the pattern Mittenmaker. I have printed it out. I have a friend in our apartment building who had just asked if I had a pattern for a doggie sweater. She wants to make one for her son's dog. It was terrific to see your post for one.The pattern appears to be easy enough. If I get all the rest of my projects caught up I'd like to make one for my Granddaughter's little dog.

Thank you, jcrochet and Shandeh, your kind words made me happy! :D I just can't say it enough, this is a GREAT pattern. Thank you Bernat!!! :cloud9:
Bernat also offers a similar pattern for a hoodie dog coat, which I plan on making for Mr. Jingles for Christmas, or for his birthday, which is Feb. 11. He does love wearing his sweater.
