KW - Adult's Pullover (knit) - raglan seams

I am almost done knitting this sweater. As I read forward in the directions it says to sew raglan seams but it doesn't tell me where to begin or how to do it. I am really confused...any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not the best person to get advice from on raglan seaming. I only did it once, and was winging it the entire time. My sweater turned out fine, though!

Here's how one of my raglan seams looks up close:

And this is how I did it, with a whipstitch seam.

Working DOWN on the right front side, from the underarm to the neckline, with the project flipped around:
