Hi, my name is Nelliebean. I love the idea of this KAL! This will be my first one.
I grew up in Maryland, but have lived in the Central Valley area of California since 1996, and I will be knitting my scarf for those temps - gonna have a lot of warm colors!
I haven't decided between a cowl or a scarf, but I will use a DK weight, or maybe a laceweight, seeing as there's 365x2 rows at least.

I've been thinking of design, and I'm undecided as to whether (pun not intended) to go with an allover lace, or short rows, or slip stitch. Decisions, decisions.
This is gonna be alot of fun! Thanks Bernat.
Question: Are we then going to use these scarves as a demonstration of global warming and climate change?

UPDATE: Since we knit 2 rows for each day, I've decided to use both the actual high and low temp. This should mix up the colors nicely - gonna be lively striping!
