Based on what I have done so far (for January's color) my scarf will be somewhere around 118 inches long.

Great choice!

Is it a K or C stitch?
My mom crochets, but I just never could get the stitches to even out.So I finally taught myself to knit
using good ol' Youtube! It did however take me a year to figure out what they were talking about when the directions
said to turn the work?
I was knitting with both hands so I didn't need to turn it around LOL. It took the lady at our local yarn shop two visits from me to figure out what I was doing.
I know how to purl now
I knit in one direction and I turn my work now. But you can find me cheating a bit every now and then when I am doing a blanket or something similar.

Thanks for the help!

I am using fingering weight yarn and size 6 beads look too big, size 11 would be too small, so I am going with a size 8.....
Anyone have any input/thoughts on that? Danielle

Wish I could help. I've never tried adding beads to my knitting, so I'm no help at all. Can't wait to see how yours comes together!
