Discussion and Photos of our Works in Progress (Jan. & Feb.)

During our current KAL/CAL, you'll be working on a scarf a little bit every day for the whole year. At the end, look back and see how the weather has changed!

So pretty!!! I can't wait to see how your scarf turns out because that's the year I was born.

I can't believe how much fun this is!
oh - and because I am in a fairly temperate climate in the PNW, I decided to do increments of 5 degrees. What do you think?

Oh, that DOES look fun! :D

Thank you all for the sweet encouragement on my Bernat Denimstyle wrap!

The fringe is SO EASY, because I'm just leaving the ends free when I start and end each color change.
I'm going to wait and see how big it is at 6 months. If it's too long to just be half a wrap, I will bind off, then start another for the remaining 6 months of the year. My plan is to maybe, connect them along the unfringed sides, and make a nice, fringed lapghan. :hrmm:

Thank you, I almost finish the month of February. We had a very mild winter that year. What month were you born? I got married in June.

Woo-hoo, my yarn got delivered today so naturally I had to start; I got caught up all the way through today (January 30). Here's what it looks like so far:
