Softee Chunky- Slouchy Peaked Hat (crochet)

It's time for another quick crochet along. We will be making the Softee Chunky- Slouchy Peaked Hat. For this pattern you will need 1 skein of the new Softee Chunky to make the hat. You will want to do a gauge swatch to make sure that the hat fits properly. In this pattern, you will also get to practice reverse single crochet and you will get to make fun little textures by making X's with the double crochets!

Looks like I need to go to the craft store this week! I don't have a size M crochet hook.
And I need that hook to do my gauge swatch. 7 sc = 4 inches.

Here is my gauge swatch. It's a little on the smaller side but when I am crocheting in the round I tend to loosen up. Is this just awesome? And sorry it didn't get posted on Saturday
