Can't seem to order any yarn!! help!

I wonder if you could help me or tell me where I can get some help. I have been trying my best to order Waverly yarns online in the colours I have chosen for the crochet-along. I am doing this from the UK. However I have used three credit cards, used my address etc, but this is what I keep getting just before checkout:" Declined - Payment not authorized. The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder." Now, I am quite able to use the credit cards in this country - so what am I doing wrong. It is all very frustrating as I have chosen my yarn - but can't buy the stuff!! :helpme: Your suggestions would be most gratefully received. I have even emailed Bernat, but as yet have not had any replies. :tears:

I've passed your issues on to our ecommerce contact. Are you sure there are no typos when you input your address, and that the addresses do in fact match?

yes, I have been over it twice. There is the shipping and billing addresses. I filled out the shipping one first - obviously using my UK address - then I went to the billing drop-down menu,underneath that there was a tick box option which said "use shipping address".. I ticked the box and the billing address automatically filled in my address. From that point I thought it was all ok - did the card, went to "checkout" and then the big red letters saying the addresses didn't match. Perhaps on that same page where the shipping and billing addresses are displayed the problem may lie. I looked at both - on the shipping address it says Great Britain at the bottom, but on the Billing address it does not show Great Britain even though I filled out the drop down menues exactly the same, picking Great Britain!! Not sure whether that is that cause, but thanks for your help.

If you shoot off an email to orders@bernat.com they'll be able to get this sorted out for you!
