So, like many others, this will also be my first CAL - ironically, CAL also = my initials! so woo hoo for this project!! I am still trying to work on my color choices - I went to the store to see some samples in hand for true color and I am loving the feel of this yarn. Can't wait!!

I was amazed at how squishy this yarn is. My swatch came out so soft. I hope it washes well.

They won't be granny squares. We will miss you!

So you'll have a "CAL by CAL"
Love it!

I love the feel of the Waverly yarn as well. Makes working with it a real joy. :inlove:

I believe it will wash well, since it's a premium acrylic.

I'm weird with my knitted items, though. I take EXTRA care of them in the washer and dryer. I don't want all my work to be undone by a machine. :x So, I always use the GENTLE cycle for my handknits, and I wash them in COLD water. Then, I dry them on the DELICATE setting. It is probably not necessary for me to do that, but I believe it makes my handknits last longer.

Hi everyone,
This is my first time doing CAL and I am excited and looking forward to it, I've done bead crochet and scrunchies for my daughters. I'm hoping for it to be smooth going since I'm left handed I've had a hard time crocheting because of it.
