MEASUREMENTS
Approx 48 ins [122 cm] wide x 56 ins [142 cm] long.

MATERIALS
Bernat Softee Chunky Twists (80 g/2.8 oz)
12 balls of #86742 (Teal Twist).
or Bernat Softee Chunky Twists (340 g/12 oz)
3 balls of #87742 (Teal Twist).

Size 6 mm (U.S. 10) circular knitting needle 36 ins [90 cm] long or size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE: 15 sts and 20 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] in stocking st.

INSTRUCTIONS
Cast on 182 sts.
Do not join, working back and forth across needle, proceed as follows:
Top Edging: **1st row: (RS). Knit.
2nd row: K8. *P1. K4. Rep from * to last 4 sts. K4.
Rep last 2 rows twice more.**
Proceed with Body of Blanket as follows:
1st row: (RS). K6. *P2. K1. P2. Rep from * to last 6 sts. K6.
2nd row: K6. *K2. P1. K3. P3. K1. Rep from * to last 6 sts. K6.
3rd row: K6. *(P1. K1) twice. P3. K1. P2. Rep from * to last 6 sts. K6.
4th row: As 2nd row.
5th row: As 1st row.
6th row: K6. *K1. P3. K3. P1. K2. Rep from * to last 6 sts. K6.
7th row: K6. *P2. K1. P3. (K1. P1) twice. Rep from * to last 6 sts. K6.
8th row: As 6th row.
9th row: As 1st row.
10th row: K6. *K2. P1. K2. Rep from * to last 6 sts. K6.
Rep these 10 rows of Pat until work from beg measures 55 ins [139.5 cm], ending with 10th row of pat.

Bottom Edging: Work from ** to ** as given for Top edging. Cast off in pat.
