MEASUREMENTS
Approx 9 x 6½ ins [23 x 16.5 cm].

MATERIALS
Bernat Soy(70 g / 2.5 oz)

2 balls of #15011 (Flax).

Size 4 mm (U.S. G or 6) crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge. Beads.

GAUGE: 17 sc and 18 rows = 4 ins [10 cm].

INSTRUCTIONS
Ch 36.
1st row: (RS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 sc in each ch to end of ch. Turn.
2nd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in each sc to end of row. Turn.
Rep last row for 18 ins [45.5 cm], ending with a WS row. Fasten off.

Flower I: Ch 3. Join in ring.
1st rnd: Ch 2. 12 hdc in ring. Join with sl st to first hdc.
2nd rnd: Ch 5 (counts as hdc and ch 3). *Miss next hdc. 1 hdc in next hdc. Ch 3. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to 3rd ch of ch 5.
3rd rnd: Sl st in first ch-3 sp. *(1 sc. 4 hdc) in next ch-3 sp. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to first sc. Fasten off.

Flower II: Ch 3. Join in ring.
1st rnd: Ch 2. 12 hdc in ring. Join with sl st to first hdc.
2nd rnd: Ch 2. 2 hdc in each hdc around. Join with sl st to first hdc. 24 hdc.
3rd rnd: Ch 5 (counts as hdc and ch 3). *Miss next hdc. 1 hdc in next hdc. Ch 3. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to 3rd ch of ch 5.
4th rnd: Sl st in first ch-3 sp. *4 sc in next ch-3 sp. Rep from * around. Join with sl st to first sc.
5th rnd: Ch 1. *Miss next sc. 5 dc in next sc. Miss next sc. Sl st in next sc. Rep from * around, ending with sl st in first st. Fasten off.

FINISHING
Sew beads on Flowers.
With RS tog, fold Clutch, leaving 5 ins [12.5 cm] free for flap. Crochet sides tog. Turn Clutch right side out. Sew flowers on purse as shown in picture.
