THROW: With B, cast on 192 sts. Do not join. Working back and forth across needle in rows, knit 9 rows, noting first row is WS.
1st row: (RS). With A, knit.
2nd row: With A, K5. Purl to last 5 sts. K5.
3rd to 6th rows: With B, knit.
7th and 8th rows: With E, knit.
9th and 10th rows: With B, knit.
11th to 14th rows: As 1st and 2nd rows twice more.
15th to 20th rows: With B, knit.
21st to 26th rows: As 1st and 2nd rows 3 times more.
27th and 28th rows: With B, knit.
29th and 30th rows: With E, knit.
31st to 38th rows: As 1st and 2nd rows 4 times more.
