INSTRUCTIONS
The instructions are written for smallest size. If changes are necessary for larger sizes the instructions will be written thus ( ).

Neckband
With 2 strands of A, cast on 26 (30- 36-50-60) sts.
Beg with a purl row, work 2 (2-2.5- 2.5-3) ins [5 (5-6-6-7.5) cm] in reverse stocking st, ending on a knit row.

BODY
Change to MC and beg with a knit row, work 2 rows stocking st. Cont in stocking st, inc 1 st at each end of needle on next 4 (4-6-6-8) rows. 34 (38-48-62-76) sts.
Sizes S, M, L and XL only: Inc 1 st each end of needle on following alt rows to (40-50-72-92) sts.
Purl 1 row.

All Sizes: Leg Openings: Next row: (RS). K3 (4-4-6-9). Cast off next 3 (3- 4-6-6) sts. K22 (26-34-48-62) (including st on needle after cast off ).
Cast off next 3 (3-4-6-6) sts. Knit to end of row.
Note: All Leg sections are worked at the same time using separate balls of yarn for each section.
Beg with a purl row, work 1 (1½-1½- 2½-3) ins [2.5 (4-4-6-8) cm] from cast off sts, ending with RS facing for next row.
Joining row: K3 (4-4-6-9). Cast on 3 (3-4-6-6) sts. K22 (26-34-48-62).
Cast on 3 (3-4-6-6) sts. Knit to end of row. 34 (40-50-72-92) sts.
Cont even until work after neckband measures 5 (5½-7-10-11) ins [12.5 (14-18-25.5-28) cm], ending with RS facing for next row.
Back Shaping: Cast off 4 (5-6-8-9) sts beg next 2 rows. 26 (30-38-56-74) sts. Dec 1 st each end of needle on next and following alt rows until there are 16 (22-28-38-50) sts.
Cont even until work after neckband measures 10 (12½-15½-21-23) ins [25.5 (32-39.5-53.5-58.5) cm] (or desired length to base of tail), ending with RS facing for next row. Cast off.

FINISHING
Sew center front seam from neck to beg of back shaping.
