GAUGE
Throw: 12 sts and 19 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] with larger needle in garter st.
Pillows: 14 sts and 17 rows = 4 ins [10 cm] with smaller needles in stocking st.

Sizes 5.5 mm (U.S. 9) knitting needles and 6 mm (U.S. 10) circular knitting needle 32 ins [80 cm] long or size needed to obtain gauge. Pillow form 12 ins [30.5 cm] square for Pillow A and pillow form 24 ins [61 cm] square for Pillow B.

Rep these 56 rows of Stripe Pat 3 times more.
With MC, knit 7 rows. Cast off knitwise (WS).

Pillow A
(Make 2 pieces alike)
With pair of needles and MC, cast on 42 sts.
Work 4 rows in stocking st.
Beg with a knit row, work in stocking st from ** to ** as given for Throw.
With MC, beg with a knit row, work 4 rows in stocking st. Cast off.

Pillow B
(Make 2 pieces alike)
With pair of needles and MC, cast on 84 sts.
Work 4 rows in stocking st.

FINISHING
Sew 3 sides of pillow, matching stripes at side edges. Insert pillow form. Sew opening closed.
