With RS facing, join A with sl st to right bottom at foundation ch.
1st row: Ch 1. Work 16 sc around petal to opposite end of foundation ch. Do not turn.
2nd row: Working from left to right instead of right to left as usual, work 1 reverse sc in each sc to end of row. Fasten off.

FINISHING
Sew petals around 9th rnd of Hat, overlapping as shown in picture.
