SLEEVES

Shape top: Next row: Ch 3 (counts as dc). (Yoh and draw up a loop in next dc. Yoh and draw through 2 loops) twice. Yoh and draw though all 3 loops - dc2tog made. Pat to last 3 sts. Dc2tog over next 2 dc. 1 dc in last dc. Turn.
Rep last row 4 (4-5-6-7-8) times more. Fasten off.

Finishing: Sew shoulder seams. Sew in sleeves placing rows above markers along back and front armhole shaping. Sew side and sleeve seams.

Outer edging: With RS of work facing, join yarn with sl st to bottom of Right Front. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as last sl st. Work 36 (36-41-41-44-44) sc up right front edge, 2 sc in corner, 11 (16-11-11-16-16) sc across front neck edge. 14 (14-12-12-12-14) sc up front neck edge, 17 (17-17-27-38-38) sc across back neck edge, 14 (14-12-12-12-14) sc down front neck edge, 11 (16-11-11-16-16) sc across front neck edge, 2 sc in corner, 36 (36-41-41-44-44) sc down left front, 2 sc in corner, 85 (99-111-117-138-158) sc across bottom and 1 sc in corner. Join with sl st to first sc. 232 (256-264-280-328-352) sc.
Next rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as sl st. *Miss next 3 sc. (1 dc. Ch 2. Sl st in top of dc – picot made. Ch 1) 5 times in next sc. Miss next 3 sc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around, omitting sc at end of last rep. Join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.

Sleeve edging: Join yarn with sl st at side seam. Working along foundation ch, proceed as follows:
1st rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as sl st. *2 sc in next ch-2 sp. 1 sc in next st. Rep from * around, ending with 2 sc in ch-2 sp. Join with sl st to first sc. 36 (36-36-42-42-48) sc.
2nd rnd: Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp as sl st. *Miss next 2 sc. (1 dc. Picot. Ch 1) 4 times in next sc. Miss next 2 sc. 1 sc in next sc. Rep from * around, omitting sc at end of last rep. Join with sl st in first sc. Fasten off.

Sew each side of snap fastener in position at top corner of neck edge. Sew button in position as shown in picture. Button is decorative only.
