Ch 3. 1 dc in each of next 3 dc. 1 dc in top of ch 3. Turn. Rep from * 6 times more. Ch 4. Keeping ch 4 just worked behind last petal made, join with sl st in top of beg ch 3.

3rd rnd: Sl st in next dc. Ch 1. 1 sc in same sp. *1 dc in next sc. 1 sc in next dc. Rep from * around ending with 1 dc in last sc. Join with sl st to first sc.
Rep last rnd for Pat until Body measures 14" [35.5 cm]. Fasten off.
Turn work inside out. Fold work flat and join lower edge with 1 row of sc. Fasten off.

Straps (make 2)
With A, ch 26.
1st row: (RS). 1 sc in 2nd ch from hook. 1 sc in each ch to end of chain. 25 sc. Turn.
2nd row: Ch 2 (does not count as hdc). 1 hdc in each st to end of row. Turn.
3rd row: Ch 1. 1 sc in each hdc to end of row. Fasten off.

Sew ends of Straps to top edge of Back Motif. Sew 1 button on opposite end of each Strap. Use ch-2 sp in edging at each corner of Front Motif for buttonholes.
